 Maureen has participated in numerous juried exhibitions across the Northeast in 2023 to the present.

 

 

Red Hot 2025 | The Lyme Art Association & Gallery | July 25 - September 4, 2025
Red Hot is a juried exhibition at the Lyme Art Association that celebrates the power, passion, and moving nature of the color red. Member artists explored the many shades of red—from crimson to scarlet, ruby to rust. Whether used subtly or in full saturation, these works embraced red as a central element of expression. On view July 25 - September 4; Opening Reception: Saturday, August 2 from 5 – 7 pm.

Expanding Visions | The Lyme Art Association & Gallery
Expanding Visions celebrates the variety of Lyme Art Association members’ various styles and use of media with artwork that includes everything from hyperrealism to nonrepresentional abstract.

Maureen’s landscapes have been exhibited in The Lyme Art Association'sExpanding Visions Show” (2024) and “New England Landscape Show” (2024).



 

Members Show 2025 | Washington Art Association & Gallery the Association and Gallery are located in Washington Depot, CT and showcase work from artists working in range of media.


 

The 2025 Spring Juried Show | Kent Art Association
Submitted 5 paintings for the show, and all were accepted. Maureen’s painting received an Honorable Mention!

The 2025 Juried Representational Show | Kent Art Association participants submitted work in mediums from oil to weavings! Submitted 5 paintings for the show, and all were accepted. Unusual work and well worth a visit to the gallery!


 

Mark Twain Library 52 Annual Juried Show included more than 150 artists from around the region in December 2024 at The Mark Twain Library in Redding, CT.

 

 

The Richter Arts Association’s 44th Annual Juried Art Show took place in Danbury CT on October 2024. Maureen’s painting received an Honorable Mention!

 

 

Society for Creative Arts of Newtown (SCAN) Spring Juried Show took place in April and May, 2024. A wide variety of artistic media was represented including oil, watercolor, and acrylic paintings, pieces of sculpture, mixed media entries, prints, pastels, and other forms of graphics. Maureen was honored with the Marianne Scanlon Memorial Award.
